Certified Property Manager® (CPM)
CPM is the designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management to the top professionals in the real estate management industry.
Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM)
ARM is the certification awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management to specialist who manage residential properties.
Accredited Management Organization® (AMO)
AMO designation is the only recognition given to real estate management firms. Conferred by the Institute of Real Estate Management, achievement of AMO® status is a major step toward your firm being recognized as one of the nation’s outstanding professional real estate management organizations.
Associate Membership
Associate Membership with the Institute of Real Estate Management is open to individuals who are engaged in property, asset and facilities management of all property types; or who work for real estate companies, corporate real estate departments, or government agencies. Associate membership also welcomes those individuals who are just launching their careers in real estate and experienced professionals that are not pursuing designation/certification with IREM.
Industry Partner
An Industry Partner is a vendor or contractor who provides services or products to the property management industry.
Community Service
Each year, IREM Chapter 9 is involved in community service programs dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community. One of the goals of the Institute of Real Estate Management is to be socially responsive to the needs of our communities.
