Alfred O. Ojejinmi, CPM®, FRICS, PCAM, of East Brunswick, NJ, is a senior vice president of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). He is the founder, president and chief executive officer of Presbeuo Group, Inc., and Presbeuo Real Estate Services, Inc., a full-service real estate management company headquartered in East Brunswick. As well, he is the founder and CEO of Presbeuo Leadership Institute, a leadership and mentorship company. He has more than 25 years of diverse real estate experience, both nationally and internationally, in property management, facilities management, valuations, project management, and feasibility and viability studies.

Ojejinmi earned his Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation in 2003, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS.), and holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) credential. Active in IREM both locally and nationally, he has held leadership positions with IREM’s New Jersey Chapter No. 1, including that of president. He was recipient of the chapter’s “CPM® of the Year” award in 2010 and currently serves on its executive committee.

Nationally, Ojejinmi now serves on IREM’s Executive Committee. He is a past chairman of IREM’s International Global Business Practices Forum, has been a member of numerous IREM committees, and has served as a regional vice president.

Ojejinmi earned his Post-Graduate Diploma/Master of Science degree in Real Estate Management from South Bank University, London, and an MBA with a concentration in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
